Hello, I am Harman, a Nutritionist.
Welcome to Harmandeep Admane's Nutrition Hub!
About Me
Hello, I'm Harmandeep Admane, a registered public health nutritionist with a passion for helping people make informed dietary choices. I hold a 2:1 degree in Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University and a postgraduate diploma in Nutritional Science from Chester College, University of Liverpool. My journey into the world of nutrition was deeply influenced by a personal experience – the loss of my father to colon cancer. This tragic event ignited my determination to explore the profound impact of diet on our health.
My Mission
At Harmandeep Admane's Nutrition Hub, I'm dedicated to empowering you with the knowledge and guidance you need to make healthier food choices. I firmly believe that what you eat plays a pivotal role in your overall well-being.
My Personal Journey
As a mother of two, I understand the challenges of balancing parenthood with personal goals. Despite having undergone two C-sections, I found the motivation to run a half marathon. This experience taught me that with the right nutrition, determination, and support, anyone can achieve their health and fitness goals.
My Expertise
With over 12 years of experience, I have conducted numerous nutrition workshops, both for groups and individuals. My areas of specialty include:
- Weight Management: Achieve and maintain a healthy weight through sustainable dietary practices.
- Healthy Eating: Learn how to make nutritious food choices that support your well-being.
- Adults and Children Nutrition: Tailored advice for individuals of all ages, ensuring they receive the nutrients they need.
- Pregnancy Nutrition: Optimize your nutrition during pregnancy for a healthy mother and baby.
- Fussy Eating: Overcome food aversions and encourage a balanced diet for picky eaters.
- Mindful Eating: Develop a positive relationship with food and cultivate mindful eating habits.
My children 6 and 9 attended the mini chefs club and really enjoyed it. The recipes were great, simple and healthy so that we can repeat easily as a family. Harman explained how each recipe supported healthy eating and taught them about the different food groups. It was good to discuss how to replace with different ingredients with alternatives.
Good value and a fun activity. Timings meant lunch for the whole family was finished by mid morning.
Would totally recommend these sessions.

I attended an online fussy eatting course for children and found it full of useful information and techniques.
there were some real a ha moments and was very pleased that she allocated some extra time to allow questions.
I feel better equipped and more relaxed about moving forward with my son and his eating habits.

I had a great workshop today on healthy eating. Harman was friendly and informative and taught me how to cook a lovely meal. She stressed the importance of having balanced food groups particularly when breastfeeding. I learnt a lot and found it very helpful. Thank you.
